Terms & Conditions

1. Orders will begin on February 6th at 12:00 PM (GMT+7) onwards. (The products are limited in quantity.)
2. Orders can be placed for up to 10 boxes per order on the Website or Line Shopping. If you wish to purchase more, you may place additional orders without any limitation on the number of orders.
3. The product price does not include shipping fees.
4. Once the order has been confirmed and payment is completed, the order cannot be canceled, exchanged, modified, or refunded.
5. The products will be shipped according to the order sequence, and the shipping address cannot be changed after placing the order.

 

Terms and Conditions

Order Confirmation

Before proceeding with payment, please ensure that the following details are correct :

    Product Information : Model, color, and size

    Customer Information : Name, phone number, and shipping address

Once an order has been successfully placed, any modifications to these details will not be possible.

Exchange and Return Policy

Customers may request an exchange or return within 15 days of receiving the product only in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or faulty due to an issue originating from the store. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met :

    The item must remain unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

    All tags, labels, and stickers must be intact and unremoved.

    Returns and exchanges for reasons other than product defects will not be accepted.

Shipping Details

Domestic Shipping : Orders within Thailand will be processed and delivered within 2 to 3 business days.

International Shipping : Orders will be processed and shipped within 14 business days or earlier, depending on confirmation.

Shipping Costs :

    Shipping fees are not included in the product price.

    Charges vary based on weight and delivery distance.

    Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes for international shipments.

If the store has successfully shipped the item, and the tracking status has been updated to "Delivered", we regret to inform you that the store cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise thereafter, including lost packages or other related concerns.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order products will be shipped according to the estimated delivery schedule.

Please note that pre-order items may require a longer shipping period due to production timelines.

    สินค้าต้องอยู่ใน สภาพเดิม ไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน และไม่ผ่านการซัก

    ป้ายแท็ก ฉลาก และสติกเกอร์ ต้องอยู่ครบถ้วนและไม่ถูกแกะออก

    ไม่รับคืนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าในกรณีอื่นที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับข้อบกพร่องของสินค้า

รายละเอียดการจัดส่ง

การจัดส่งภายในประเทศ : คำสั่งซื้อที่จัดส่งภายในประเทศไทยจะได้รับสินค้าภายใน 2-3 วันทำการ

การจัดส่งระหว่างประเทศ : คำสั่งซื้อระหว่างประเทศจะดำเนินการและจัดส่งภายใน 14 วันทำการ หรือตามกำหนดเวลาที่ได้รับการยืนยัน

ค่าจัดส่ง

    ค่าจัดส่งไม่รวมอยู่ในราคาสินค้า

    ค่าธรรมเนียมขึ้นอยู่กับ น้ำหนักสินค้าและระยะทางในการจัดส่ง

    ลูกค้าเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบ ภาษีนำเข้าและค่าธรรมเนียมศุลกากร สำหรับการจัดส่งระหว่างประเทศ

สินค้าพรีออเดอร์จะถูกจัดส่ง ตามกำหนดเวลาที่แจ้งไว้

โปรดทราบว่าการจัดส่งสินค้าพรีออเดอร์ อาจใช้เวลานานกว่าปกติ เนื่องจากกระบวนการผลิต
