Order Confirmation

Before completing your payment, please carefully review and confirm the following details

  1. Product Information: Model, color, and size
  2. Customer Information: Full name, phone number, and complete shipping address

Please ensure that all information is accurate. Once the order is confirmed and payment is completed, changes to the order details cannot be made. Accurate information helps ensure timely and successful delivery.


Product Exchange Policy

Please note that the brand maintains a No-refund policy under all circumstances. Customers may request an exchange within the specified timeframe and in accordance with the conditions outlined below. Exchanges will be made for the same product model whenever available. In the condition that the item is out of stock, a replacement product of equal value will be offered. Our customer service team will contact you for confirmation prior to processing the exchange.

  1. Requests must be submitted within 15 days of receipt, as verified by the official shipping record.
  2. Exchanges are permitted only for defective or damaged products resulting from the manufacturing process. We are unable to accept exchanges for damages arising from customer misuse, handling, or improper storage.
  3. Customers are required to provide photo or video evidence taken before and during unboxing to support the claim.
  4. Products must be returned in original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.
  5. If the product requested for exchange is in stock, the brand will provide the same model. If it is unavailable, an item of equal value will be offered. Exchanges for items from the new collection are not permitted. Our team will always seek customer confirmation before finalizing the exchange.
  6. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the error is attributable to the brand.


Important Notice

Failure to meet the conditions above, or failure to provide the required proof of evidence, will result in the rejection of the exchange request.


Shipping Details 

  1. Domestic Shipping: Orders within Thailand will be processed and delivered within 5-7 business days.
  2. International Shipping: Orders will be processed and shipped within up to 30 business days, depending on location and order confirmation.
  3. Shipping fees are not included in the product price.
  4. Charges may vary depending on weight and delivery distance.
  5. For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes.

Note: Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are ready.

Once the shipping status has been updated to “Delivered”, the store cannot be held liable for lost packages or any issues that occur thereafter.

Pre-order items are expected to be delivered from within August 15, 2026 onwards.

 

1. Delivery timelines may vary depending on production and logistics processes.
2. Once an order has been placed and payment is completed, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
3. Items are available in limited quantities and will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. AlwaysWonder reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

- Products with more than 15 pieces remaining are available exclusively on the website.
- Discounts are 10% lower than the original Wonder Wash Sale price.
- Example: 60% OFF (Offline) → 50% OFF (Website)

2. Gift With Purchase (GWP)

Wonder Wash Sticker

- Receive 1 Wonder Wash Sticker with every completed order.

Wonder Wash Canvas Bag

- Receive 1 Wonder Wash Canvas Bag and 1 additional Wonder Wash Sticker (2 stickers in total) with a minimum merchandise purchase of THB 6,000.

3. General Promotion Terms

- Qualifying purchase amounts are calculated based on the products subtotal only and exclude shipping fees, and any other non-product charges.
- Eligibility is calculated per order/receipt only. Multiple orders or receipts cannot be combined.
- Gift with Purchase items are available while stocks last.
- Promotional offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
- The Company reserves the right to substitute gifts with items of equal value without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
- In the event of any dispute, the Company's decision shall be final.

4. Returns & Exchanges

- All sales are final. No cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after payment has been completed.
- Products purchased during the Wonder Wash Sale are not eligible for exchange or return unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped by the Company.
- Customers must report defective or incorrect items on the day the order is received and provide supporting photos or videos.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, quantities, sizes, shipping information, and order details before completing payment.
