Return Policy

1. Return Policy Period

Customers can return products within 14 days after receiving them.


2. Conditions for Return

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged due to the brand’s fault.
  • The following conditions apply:
    • Returns must be made within 7 days after receipt.
    • Video proof of damage is required, and the product must be unused with tags intact.
    • Customers are advised to record a video while opening the box as proof.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The brand will cover return shipping costs only in cases of errors caused by the brand.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must:

  2. Follow the instructions provided by the customer service team.

5. Product Exchanges

Exchanges are only permitted if the product is damaged due to the brand’s fault.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Customers must record a video while opening the box to verify the damage or error.
  • The brand will resolve the issue within 7-14 days of receiving the proof.
