Pre-Order Items
- Pre-order products will be shipped according to the estimated delivery schedule mentioned in the product description.
- Please note that pre-order items may require a longer shipping period due to production timelines and shipment area.
Exchange Policy (Applies only to items defective or incorrect due to store error.)
- Claim must be made within 15 days of receiving the items (based on shipping record)
- Must provide photo/video before unboxing
- If the item is in stock, we’ll replace with the same item
- If the item is out of stock, we’ll offer a replacement of equal value
- Item must be unused and in original condition, with tags and labels intact
Claims without proof or not meeting these conditions will be declined

- โปรดทราบว่าการจัดส่งสินค้าพรีออเดอร์ อาจใช้เวลานานกว่าปกติ เนื่องจากกระบวนการผลิตและการจัดส่งในพื้นที่ต่างๆ
การเคลมสินค้า (ใช้ได้เฉพาะสินค้าที่มีตำหนิหรือผิดพลาดจาดทางร้านเท่านั้น)
- ต้องแจ้งภายใน 15 วัน หลังได้รับสินค้า (ตรวจสอบจากระบบขนส่ง)
- ต้องมี รูป/วิดีโอก่อนและระหว่างการแกะกล่อง เป็นหลักฐาน
- หากสินค้าหมด และต้องการเปลี่ยนให้เป็นสินค้าที่มีมูลค่าเท่ากัน
- หากมีสินค้าในสต็อก: จะเปลี่ยนให้เป็นสินค้ารุ่นเดิม
- สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิม ไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน พร้อมป้ายและแพ็กเกจครบถ้วน
คำร้องที่ไม่หลักฐานหรือไม่ตรงตามเงื่อนไข จะไม่สามารถดำเนินการได้ทุกกรณี
การจัดส่ง
- ในประเทศไทย: 2 - 3 วันทำการ
- ต่างประเทศ: สูงสุด 30 วัน (ขึ้นอยู่กับแต่ละพื้นที่)
- ค่าจัดส่งไม่รวมในราคาสินค้า ลูกค้าต่างประเทศเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบภาษีและค่าธรรมเนียมศุลกากร
เมื่อสถานะจัดส่งแสดงว่า ‘จัดส่งสำเร็จ’ (Delivered) ทางร้านไม่รับผิดชอบความเสียหายหรือการสูญหายใดๆ
